By accessing or using Tsukuyomi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Tsukuyomi.

Tsukuyomi is a community platform connected to Discord and may provide features such as card collection, profiles, leaderboards, trading, daily rewards, voting, and other community features.

Tsukuyomi uses Discord for authentication. You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's applicable terms and policies when using Tsukuyomi.

Tsukuyomi does not control Discord and is not operated by or affiliated with Discord.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for activity performed through your Tsukuyomi account.

Information received from Discord may be used to create and maintain your Tsukuyomi profile.

You agree not to use Tsukuyomi to abuse, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the service or other members of the community.

• Do not exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics.
• Do not manipulate rankings or rewards unfairly.
• Do not impersonate another member or staff member.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Do not use the service to harass or harm other members.
• Do not intentionally abuse automated systems.

Tsukuyomi may provide virtual cards, currencies, points, rankings, rewards, and other digital features.

These items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency unless Tsukuyomi explicitly states otherwise.

We may modify, rebalance, remove, or reset virtual items and progression when reasonably necessary to maintain the service.

Trading features are provided as part of Tsukuyomi's community systems. Users are responsible for confirming their trades before completing them.

Attempts to exploit trading systems, duplicate items, or manipulate trades may result in account restrictions or other moderation action.

Tsukuyomi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service when users violate these Terms, abuse the service, or threaten the security or integrity of the community.

Moderation decisions may include removal of access to features, removal of virtual items, temporary restrictions, or permanent bans.

If you believe a moderation action was made incorrectly, you may submit a ban appeal through our designated support channel.

Tsukuyomi is provided on an ongoing basis but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of Tsukuyomi after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
